Enemies to Lovers
Book Lovers by Emily Henry goes down like a bottle of rose at a bar-b-q where you claim you only want one glass. The character development is a cut above average (but not so much to risk challenging your sun- and sea-addled brain). The banter between the romantic leads is impeccable.

Sweet & Spicy
The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood is incredibly easy to digest and will induce the desired sugar high. I only felt slightly nauseous after gobbling it down.

Thought-provoking
The Midnight Library by Matt Haig is a fantasy story about the life we would choose if we had infinite alternatives. It explores philosophical concepts and offers meaningful food for thought, without being too gritty.
